Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Greece, Cyprus, the rest of Europe, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. We do not ship to countries outside Europe.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Greece). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping rates

  • Greece: BOX NOW locker €3. ELTA Courier €4 up to 0.5 kg, €5 up to 2 kg, €6 up to 4 kg. Free ELTA Courier delivery on orders of €200 or more.
  • Cyprus: ELTA Courier €12, or BOX NOW at the rate shown at checkout. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.
  • Ireland: free shipping with FedEx Express.
  • Rest of Europe: €12 with FedEx Express.
  • United Kingdom: tracked delivery in 2 to 4 days, €4.50 up to 500 g, €6.50 up to 2 kg, €12 up to 4 kg. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.
  • Switzerland: tracked delivery in 3 to 6 days, CHF 20. Free shipping on orders of €150 or more.

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout, and you always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Delivery times

Within Europe, orders usually arrive 1 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery to the United Kingdom takes 2 to 4 days and to Switzerland 3 to 6 days. Times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Customs and import taxes

There are no customs charges within the EU. For the United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply on delivery. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the customer.

PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders

If your order is delayed or lost, email us at contact@thefooon.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
